シンプルだけれど大変重要な指摘がなされています。ダイバーシティ：多様性とインクルーシブ:包容性、最近流行の言葉ですが、本当にこの言葉は身近にあると感じます。イノベーションの本質がここにあると思います。プラズマテレビと強誘電体メモリの事例から学びました。

In other words, diversity is more important than anything else. In Silicon Valley, the mecca of innovation, highly educated people from around the world hold heated and lively discussions. We realize that innovation is born out of such discussions. To wit, the key concepts behind innovation are diversity and excellent higher education.
I was able to learn from two big projects, “Plasma TV” and “Feroelectric Quatum Memory”.
